Terms of Service & Disclaimer

These Terms govern your use of Hurting Helping Healing (“HHH”) and H3 Collective offerings, including the HHH website, app, content, and coaching services (collectively, the “Service”).

Effective: Jan 29, 2026 Last Updated: Jan 29, 2026 Contact: support@hurtinghelpinghealing.com
Important. HHH is not therapy and does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or professional advice. Coaching is educational/supportive and is not psychotherapy, counseling, or mental health treatment.

1) Who We Are & What the Service Is

Hurting Helping Healing (“HHH”) provides self-guided reflection tools, journaling prompts, educational content, and optional relationship coaching offered through H3 Collective. The Service may include written content, audio/video content, quizzes, templates, downloads, and other features.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Not therapy; not medical advice

The Service is designed to support insight, clarity, and practical next steps. It is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, diagnosis, or treatment of mental health conditions. If you need clinical care, please seek a licensed professional.

2) Relationship Coaching: Scope, Safety, and Fit

What coaching is

Coaching is present- and future-focused. It supports communication, decision clarity, boundaries, consistency, and practical tools. Coaching may include exercises, reflection prompts, and action steps between sessions.

What coaching is not

Coaching is not psychotherapy, clinical counseling, crisis intervention, or treatment for mental health or substance use disorders. Coaching does not diagnose or treat any condition.

Safety note. Coaching is not appropriate for crisis situations, severe depression, suicidal thoughts, domestic violence, coercive control, ongoing abuse, or untreated addiction. If you are in immediate danger, call 911. If you are in the U.S. and need urgent support, you can call/text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).

Client responsibility

  • You are responsible for your choices, actions, and outcomes.
  • You agree to be truthful, to communicate needs and boundaries, and to pause coaching if safety concerns arise.
  • You understand coaching outcomes vary, and no specific result is promised.

Couples coaching

If you book a couples session, both partners must consent to participate. We do not act as a “judge” or determine who is right. The aim is structured conversation, clearer requests, and workable agreements.

3) Accounts, Eligibility, and Communications

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service and to purchase coaching or subscription offerings.

Accounts

If the Service includes account features, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity under your account.

Communications

You agree we may send service-related emails (receipts, scheduling confirmations, updates, security notices). Marketing emails (if any) will include an unsubscribe option.

4) Payments, Scheduling, Cancellations, and Refunds

Scheduling

Coaching sessions are scheduled through Calendly. Booking links may appear on our site and will direct you to calendly.com/hurtinghelpinghealing-info.

Payments

Payments for coaching and/or subscriptions may be processed by third-party providers (such as Stripe). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

Cancellations & rescheduling

  • You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your session start time using the Calendly link in your confirmation.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours may be treated as a late cancellation/no-show.
  • No-shows may be charged in full (or counted as a used session within a package).

You can adjust these thresholds at any time—update this section to match your preferred policy.

Refunds

  • Coaching sessions: Generally non-refundable once delivered. If you cancel with more than 24 hours notice, you may request a reschedule or credit.
  • Packages: Unused sessions may be credited at our discretion; completed sessions are non-refundable.
  • Digital products/subscriptions: Unless required by law, digital access fees are typically non-refundable once access has been granted.

Platform issues

If a session is interrupted due to our technical failure, we will make a reasonable effort to continue, reschedule, or provide appropriate credit.

5) Privacy, Confidentiality, and Data

Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. (If you have not published one yet, link it when ready: /privacy.html.)

Journaling content

Journaling entries may contain sensitive personal information. You control what you write and what you share. If export features exist, you are responsible for how and where you store exported files.

Coaching confidentiality (and limits)

We aim to keep coaching conversations private, but coaching is not a legally privileged relationship like therapy. We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or if there is a credible safety risk (e.g., threats of harm).

Third-party tools

We may rely on third-party services (e.g., Calendly for scheduling, Zoom/phone for sessions, Stripe for payments). Your use of those services is subject to their terms and privacy practices.

6) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal activity or to harm others.
  • Harass, threaten, stalk, or exploit any person.
  • Upload malware, attempt to access accounts without authorization, or interfere with Service operation.
  • Scrape, reverse engineer, or copy substantial portions of the Service except where permitted by law.
  • Misrepresent coaching as clinical therapy or medical treatment.

7) Intellectual Property

The Service (including design, text, prompts, quizzes, templates, and branding) is owned by HHH/H3 Collective or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may use the Service for your personal, non-transferable use. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our materials without permission, except where explicitly allowed (for example, sharing a short quote with attribution).

8) Disclaimers & No Guarantees

Educational nature

Any information provided through the Service is for educational and informational purposes only. You should consult qualified professionals for medical, mental health, legal, or financial decisions.

No guarantees

Relationship outcomes depend on many factors beyond coaching or reflection tools. We do not guarantee reconciliation, behavioral change in another person, or any specific result.

As-is

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or that the Service will be error-free.

9) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HHH/H3 Collective and its owners, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

In any event, our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the applicable Service in the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim.

Reminder. Coaching is not crisis care. If you are in immediate danger, call 911. In the U.S., you can call/text 988.
