Relationship Coaching
Without Labels or Stigma.
A practical, non-clinical space to talk through what’s happening, recognize patterns, and choose grounded next steps — before your situation becomes unmanageable.
Is coaching a fit?
Many people avoid getting support because “therapy” feels intimidating — or simply not like them. Coaching is a different container: calm conversation, pattern clarity, and practical moves.
- Convenience & availability: Coaching often has shorter wait times and faster access for non-clinical situations.
- Lower stigma: Coaching focuses on skill-building and clarity, not “fixing” a patient.
- Action-oriented: Ideal for people ready to apply new strategies right away.
Coaching helps with
- Communication breakdowns (how to say it clean)
- “We keep looping” patterns (pursue/withdraw, conflict/silence)
- Decision clarity (repair, reset, boundaries, next steps)
- Dating confidence + clarity: improving your chances by reading patterns early and moving with intention
- Stop old patterns before repeating them in a new relationship (overgiving, chasing, mixed signals, moving too fast)
- Attachment-style insight and practical moves
Coaching is not for
Coaching is not therapy and does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If any of the situations below are present, we pause and refer out.
- Domestic violence or feeling unsafe
- Suicidal thoughts or self-harm
- Severe depression, mania, psychosis
- Untreated addiction or active crisis
If you keep saying “I’ll deal with it later”
Later is where resentment grows. Coaching is a calm space to work on things while they’re still workable — and while you still have energy to show up well.

How sessions work
A calm, repeatable format. No lectures. No labels. Just clarity + steps.
1) Get the facts
What happened, what changed, what keeps repeating.
2) Name the need
What you’re actually seeking: safety, respect, closeness, space, repair.
3) Choose a move

FAQ
Quick answers so you can decide without overthinking.
Is this therapy?
No. Coaching is educational/supportive and focuses on clarity, patterns, communication tools, and next steps. It does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
Who is coaching best for?
Coaching is best for people who feel stuck, confused, or caught in a loop — and want practical clarity and communication tools. It’s a good fit if you’re ready to take responsibility for your side of the dynamic, even if the other person isn’t ready yet.
Is coaching useful if I’m single or dating?
Yes. Dating is where patterns show up fast. We’ll help you spot your tendencies (overgiving, chasing, moving too fast, ignoring red flags) and stop old patterns before repeating them in a new relationship.
What if my partner won’t participate?
That’s common. You can still make progress through individual coaching by focusing on your communication, boundaries, emotional steadiness, and decision clarity. One person changing their responses often changes the whole system.
What happens in the first session?
We get the facts, identify the repeating pattern, name what you’re actually needing, and choose one grounded next step. You leave with a clearer read on what’s happening and something specific to do next.
How many sessions do people usually do?
Some people do 1–2 sessions for clarity and a plan. Others prefer a short container (like the 3-session package) for momentum and accountability. You’re not locked into anything.
Will you tell me whether I should stay or leave?
I won’t make the decision for you — but I will help you get clear enough to make your decision without panic. We focus on values, patterns, and practical reality so your next step is intentional.
Do you work with couples?
Yes — couples coaching is structured and practical. The focus is helping both people communicate clearly and leave with actionable takeaways.
Is this confidential?
Coaching is private and handled respectfully. It’s not covered by therapist-patient privilege. If safety concerns arise (risk of harm, abuse, or crisis), appropriate resources may be recommended.
What if I’m in a crisis?
If you feel unsafe, are experiencing suicidal thoughts, or there is domestic violence, coaching is not appropriate. Please contact emergency services or a licensed clinician. If you’re not sure, choose safety first.
Do you accept insurance?
No — coaching is not psychotherapy and is typically not reimbursed by insurance. Payment is handled at booking.
What’s your cancellation policy?
A common policy is 24-hour notice for reschedules/cancellations. Your exact policy should be listed in Terms & Disclaimer.
